im assuming that you guys would know what would i be ranting bout,
today.
(had to blog bout stuff without having to post bout half naked guys, ~~so people wouldnt start thinking that this is a porn site~~ for ashlo and bib's sake.

k so anyways,
i had add maths tuition.
it was horrible.

not that i dont understand it,
i do, pretty clearly.
i just dont understand amount of time we spend reading the question and
the time we spent answering the questions can be so different.
the questions are short.
and they look easy.
(okay, maybe not that easy.)
for example:

whereas, the answer for a simple looking question/equation can take up
to half an hour.
at least, for beginners.

and i know right,
the equations are okay mainly but when you realized you
made a mistake, even a little one you're gonna hate your life because
you'd have to rub everything off (those long, long equations and your wasted effort
to find out the answer to 1+1! joke.) and start all over again. and you really have to pray to god that you would know where your mistakes are because FINDING OUT the
mistakes you make take about a few good 15 minutes.

in a cruel twist of fate, she dosent.
and she wanted ME to go downstairs and check the phonebook.
THEN, while i was going down, she asked me to see whether it would work
on the downstairs computer.

and sat at the chair.

AND THEN, SHE CAME DOWNSTAIRS,

before i say anything that might shock all of you,
(i'm long passed the shocked part.)
(okay, not really.)

THIS IS A REMINDER:

kk, lets move on to the scary part.

The most spazz worthy segment I found that day would be the 2MIN mouth-to-mouth BOBO (let's just call it kissing on the lips ╮(╯▽╰)╭) That segment is about a drum, called the Skinship Drum, that is created by a Japanese. There are 4 rings on the drum that can be held and more than 2 person are supposed to hold onto one of the rings with one hand, and difference sounds can be created if other body parts come into contact with each other.

There is this part where the 4 boys of SHINee all went up, and through hi-fiving and other methods, the boys completed the tunes of [학교종이땡땡땡], [Noona, you are so pretty] and [Girls' Generation] (there could be more but I can't remember all) through creating the sounds with skinship. Throughout this process, the 4 boys of SHINee hi-fived each other, and also teasingly created sounds through touching each other's chins. The 4 of them had a lot of fun, looking very tight-knitted and closed, showing that they are really close to each other~
After that there was this part when SHINee's Minho and Taemin, and Super Juniors's Eunhyuk and Leeteuk went on to perform songs using skinship (I forgot what song they performed). The first time they did it, on the first sound, Minho and Eunhyuk kissed each other on the lips (a few times), but the others all changed it to kissing each other on the cheeks to complete the performance. Because the sound was not always created with each kiss, so there were a lot of instances when one of them had to kiss another a few times. Throughout the proces, although Minho and Taemin only kissed once, but it received the wildest screams from the audience~ They finished performing the first ime, but the Writer noona said it wasn't good so they had to do it again, with kissing on the lips. So the moment that is the most spazz worthy and also the most nose bleeding worthy happened ╮(╯▽╰)╭. Because the perfomance called for it, everyone had to kiss the other 3, and the notes that Minho was in charge of were the ones that required the most kissing. When it was Minho's and Taemin's turn, the screams were still the loudest. Minho simply grabbed Taemin by the beck and then kissed him aggressively. Later on, when Leeteuk and Taemin kissed, they couldn't create a sound and so they kissed a lot of times. Minho, Eunhyuk and Hodong could not watch on any further and so they pushed Leeteuk away and asked him what he was doing and told him to do it well. When they were finally done performing, Minho was totally frowning... He looked totally displeased and resigned (because of the place that he was standing at, he was taken advantage of a lot ╮(╯▽╰)╭). When they returned to their seat, Minho used the back of his right hand to wipe his lips, and after finishing wiping, he kept rubbing his hand on Taemin's thigh. Just to emphasize this, the 4 people involved in this part are Minho, Taemin, Eunhyuk and Leeteuk.

But Taemin is really close to Onew, even though the two of them were sitting diagonally of each other, but Taemin kept turning back to talk to Onew, and kept reaching over to Onew's thigh. There was this time when Minho put his arm around Taemin's shoulder, but Taemin stretched out an arm to Onew's thigh, and Onew upon seeing Taemin's hand, reached out to take it. In Minho's case, he loves to squeeze Taemin's thigh playfully, or play with Taemin's watch (because of his (Minho) injured left wrist, Minho was not wearing a watch), otherwise he would put his arm around Taemin.

Minho injured his left wrist on the 22nd during Dream Team, it looks like a wrist and it was bandaged. But on the recording of SK on 23rd, the bandage was removed but Minho kept holding onto his left wrist with his right hand, and his left wrist seemed a little unusually white, seems like the injury had not healed fully.

Going too far by not going far enough? Spoilers...

Is Gossip girl losing it? Going too far by not going far enough? In all honesty, I am literally counting the hours before the big threesome, but I've gotten more curious than excited about it since I read that it might be between Dan, Vanessa, and Olivia which I think it's pretty lame. I mean, we just met this girl, some of us are still digesting her, and then all of a sudden she's in bed with Dan who's been in bed with Serena who's been in bed with Nate who's been in bed with Vanessa. Is this picture as sickening to someone else as it is to me? I am still praying that it will be some other people than those three, although deep down inside I think I already know the answer. I do think that a threesome would have been much more scandalous in Season 1, or even Season 2 than the present one. Speaking of season 1, does GG have the same writers it did from the previous seasons? I refuse to believe that the same people who gave us a scandalicious and honest peek at a group of elite teenagers are the same ones writing these episodes now. Here's the route I thought Season 3 would take

•- Developing Lily and Rufus' love child story better
•- Blair actually becoming a mature person
•- Bringing Serena back, yes the Serena we felt in love with in Season 1. The Serena's whose troubles we could relate to even if most of us might have never been through them. The Serena who made us want to slap Blair every time she was throwing insults at her. She doesn't have to become all sweet, but she's been annoying me since the beginning of the series. Thank God someone is spending a fortune on her very stylish wardrobe because otherwise I couldn't bare to watch her.
•- We get to meet, or at least learn more about Serena's father
•- Putting the talents of the wonderful Connor Paolo to good use
•- Chuck not aging 30 years
•- Nathaniel Archibald actually becoming a character, not the beautiful guy who only gets 5 seconds screen time
•- Get to know the causes of Blair's anorexia, what she's doing about it, and if and how her friends are helping her
•- Having this whole Queen Been business go away (at least on college ground)
•- Not having people like Carter Baizen and Georgina Sparks who were actually great characters, but disappeared quickly and agonizingly.

And I could go on and on, I will keep watching the show as I hope it will improve, but it better be sooner than later... What do you think? Were our expectations too high for Season 3? Are you losing hope? Sound off...

Reality TV World: What was going through your mind right before the final judging panel? Were you confident you'd be able to beat Nicole?

Laura: Well at first I really was. I was like, "My personality is really strong compared to Nicole's." So I was like, "I might really win this thing. I'm confident." But then again in the back of my mind I was like, "Well I really haven't [been called out first at any previous panels], except for Cirque du Soleil -- and that was kind of iffy because it was a group shot and I didn't really get [my photo] displayed in the house." So at the same time I was thinking, "How could I win without [ever] having the best photo of the week?"

It was tough. I really didn't know what to expect.

Reality TV World: How did you handle it when Tyra Banks revealed Nicole as the winner?

Laura: I cried like a baby. I was so hurt. I was crushed. I thought my life was over. But the next morning I woke up and I was like, "It's going to be all okay Laura." I know it's going to be okay because I know I'm going to work a lot and I'm really confident -- even if I don't have the title of America's Next Top Model. I will be a model. That's my dream, is to be a model.

Reality TV World: Why do you think the judges chose Nicole over you?

Laura: Umm... I guess because she did have really strong... My pictures were pretty strong, but hers were really strong. That's really the best thing I can come up with. (laughing)

Reality TV World: While you were consistently one of the judges' favorite finalists this season, so was Nicole. Did you view her as your biggest competition?

Laura: At first, I thought she was going to be sent home for her personality problem. She never talked at first! But she finally opened up and she's a nice girl. Then I kept seeing her pictures. Every time with the judges, she could do no wrong in front of them. They really saw her as perfect.

Reality TV World: Was there anything more you think you could have done to improve your chances of winning?

Laura: Sometimes I still second-guess myself about some of the photo shoots. I think maybe I could have done this or I could have done that and I really could have pushed myself more. I just held back because I was a little bit insecure I guess because living with your competition really gets to you sometimes.

But now that I can go out and be a model I know that I will be good in my professional photos shoots because I won't have any competition around me.

Reality TV World: Were you surprised you stayed around during last week's double elimination?

Laura: When it got to the Top 4 or 5, I really did not know what to expect. I wouldn't have been surprised if I went home because they were all doing so good. But then again, I was like, "I haven't been in the bottom two. So hopefully I can just keep pushing forward and win this whole thing."

Reality TV World: How did your grandma feel about all the attention on the show? Does she have any interest in becoming a designer?

Laura: My grandma's so stressed -- she wanted to kill me at first. She goes, "Laura, look what you have done!" (laughing) I was like, "Well grandma that's my everyday life! I had to say it and stuff!" But no she's not looking for any day jobs or anything. But if she did get special requests for clothes or anything she would do it because she ain't going to turn down the money.

Reality TV World: Do you feel you were portrayed accurately on the show?

Laura: Oh yeah, I think I was portrayed more accurately than anybody. I was really happy with it.

Reality TV World: Is there a specific reason why?

Laura: Not really, just that I know [Kara Vincent and Sundai Love] maybe were made a bit meaner than they was, but everything somebody says is kind of behind the back. Sundai would say it to your face, but it kind of made it luck like she was saying it behind my back. She wasn't like that.

I know Kara, she said a lot of things about Nicole, but I would kind of think that she has a reason to because I know that Nicole had said something about Kara's labia -- and that's really hurtful. So I didn't blame Kara for saying all that stuff. Everybody thought, "Kara's so mean," but she really wasn't -- she made was really sarcastic and really funny and they didn't get to see that side of her.

I was doing things like making people laugh -- I know that was portrayed a lot - -I'm really sweet to people, but I also can stand up for myself too.

Reality TV World: How were you cast for America's Next Top Model? Is it something you always wanted to apply for but never could because of the height requirement?

Laura: I've always wanted to be a model, period. I got online and looked at all the requirements and stuff that you had to do to be on America's Next Top Model. My height was an issue, so I didn't really apply for it. But it was a good thing I didn't because my time came.

When I heard about it I was in New York trying to model for my college spring break. My grandma called me and was like, "They're having 5' 7" and under tryouts in Chicago." So my car was broke down. So me and mama bought a $200 Cadillac and I packed my bags and said, "Mama, I'm going to Chicago." She's like, "Excuse me? Why?" I said, "Because I'm going to try out for America's Next Top Model."

It was spur of the moment. I just could not wait one minute longer to pursue my dreams. So I drove up there and for two days -- from 6AM to 2AM -- I just kept making it to round after round after round. Finally I got to a round where I filmed a tape for Tyra. They were like, "We might call you, we might not." They tell all the girls that. The next week I got a call to come out to L.A..

Reality TV World: You just mentioned the 5' 7" and under angle for this season, so what's your take on Nicole being 5' 7" and winning -- considering she could have applied to all of the previous seasons if she was old enough? Do you feel it was unfair that someone 5' 7" won?

Laura: Umm... No, not really. I'm just like half-an-inch from 5' 7" and you really do have to at least look tall. So it doesn't surprise me that they picked someone 5' 7".

Reality TV World: You've already discussed how it's your dream to model so I'm assuming that's next for you?

Laura: I'm going to go to wherever I believe I'm the most marketable and really pursue modeling hardcore. I just want to try to model as much as I possibly can. I really think I'll do a good job at it.

kk, so i'll give you the steps to it.

Sit or stand in a comfortable position. Some women prefer to place one leg on the toilet seat or tub, while others prefer to squat down. After you find a position that is most comfortable for you, hold the tampon with the fingers that you write with. Hold the middle of the tampon, at the spot where the smaller, inner tube inserts into the larger, outer tube. Make sure the string is visible and pointing away from your body.

Gently push the tampon into the opening, aiming for the small of your back. Stop when your fingers touch your body and the applicator, or outer tube, is completely inside the vagina. (See picture 2 below).
Once the applicator or outer tube is inside of you, use your index finger to push the inner tube (the tube where the removal string is visible) through the outer tube. This pushes the tampon into the vagina.
Once the inner tube is all the way in, use your thumb and middle finger to remove the applicator or outer tube. (See picture 3 below). Make sure that the string hangs outside of the vaginal opening. Later, when you are ready to remove the tampon, hold the string and gently pull it downward until the entire tampon is out.

If the tampon is inserted correctly, you should not feel it. If you feel uncomfortable in any way, you may have inserted the tampon incorrectly or the tampon may not be placed far enough into the vagina. If this happens, just remove the tampon and start again with a new tampon. Remember that practice makes perfect. If you don't get it on the first try, your second try will most likely be successful. Instead of getting frustrated and giving up, relax and try again!

If you don't succeed after several times, see your health care provider. It may be that you were born with a very small opening in your hymen and you can't insert tampons. This is true in only about 2% of teens, but it could be a problem.

A mirror is often helpful so that you can see where your vaginal opening is. Sometimes, even using a small amount of vaginal lubricant (K-Y Jelly) on the end of the tampon will help the first one glide in.

TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome) is an infection that is very rare, but potentially dangerous. TSS can affect anyone, male or female. However, it occurs most frequently in young women who wear tampons. You will probably never get TSS, but it's good to know what the symptoms are and how to avoid putting yourself at risk.

Tampons themselves do not cause TSS. TSS is caused by bacteria called Staphylococcus aureus. When a tampon is left inside your vagina for too long, it creates a perfect environment for different types of bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, to grow. To avoid developing TSS, follow these guidelines when using tampons:

Change your tampons at least every 4-8 hours or more often if necessary.
Choose the correct tampon absorbency. Use smaller sized tampons when your flow is lighter. TSS occurs more often when super-absorbent tampons are used. Don't use these unless your menstrual flow is particularly heavy.
Alternate between pad and tampon use. You might want to use pads at night, and tampons in the daytime.
Wash your hands before inserting or taking out your tampon.
Don't use tampons to absorb anything other than your menstrual flow. Only insert a tampon once menstrual blood is present.

If you experience the following symptoms while wearing a tampon, remove the tampon, and contact your health care provider immediately! These symptoms may seem similar to the flu. If they occur while you are menstruating and wearing a tampon, they may signal TSS. Otherwise, it might mean that you have another infection. It is recommended that you see your health care provider regardless. Symptoms of TSS include:

Sudden high fever
A sunburn-like rash
Diarrhea
Dizziness, fainting, or lightheadedness
Vomiting

i wanted to go out to buy some milo
but my brother didnt wanna teman me.
so, being such a freakish milo addicter,

Leighton sat down with ARTISTdirect.com editor and Dolor author Rick Florino in this exclusive interview to discuss "Somebody to Love," her love for silent film and the difference between love and sex. Check out "Somebody to Love" now!

Were you trying to find a middle ground between sexy and poppy on "Somebody to Love?"

Yeah! I was freaking out because somebody told me that it reminded them of "Vogue" a little bit. It's a very sexy record. To me, it honestly sounds like Kylie Minogue meets Gwen Stefani and some other totally different thing [Laughs]. It's very poppy but Euro-sounding.

That's apparent on the production and the synths. Was incorporating the European influences a conscious decision from the beginning?

I'm very influenced by that sound. I love music that's moody. It's not a super hard-hitting song. It's more of a laidback, vibed-out track. That's very sexy to me.

Do songs typically happen immediately or do you spend a lot of time thinking of melodies and ideas?

I come up with melodies all day—every minute. I wake up in the middle of the night with ideas and have to record them [Laughs]. I come up with different stuff all of the time. I just have a lot of fun in the studio. There's always a good vibe. I tweak my ideas a lot, but I love the process. I usually just write after a melody, and everything else comes naturally. I love making lyrically driven songs, but my songs are generally very simple. There's usually a certain vibe while I'm recording. I have a drink, run in and out of the booth and freestyle a bunch of stuff. "Somebody to Love" came about while I was in a Brooklyn studio. I heard this track and, afterwards, I was sitting in the garden thinking. It's so funny because I always get love confused with sex, so the song is really about my struggle to get some [Laughs]. My mom always told me, "It's not about who loves you; it's about who you love." Of course she probably says that because she's my mom and she thinks everyone is going to love me [Laughs]. It's a crazy life. It's hard to find somebody who understands you and gets you.

So there are a few levels to "Somebody to Love?"

Yeah! I think it's somewhat about my sexuality. I draw from a lot of experiences. I love traveling, and I'm working all the time. That's definitely what a good part of the song is about. I don't really have a lot of time for love. I meet a lot of people and none of them do it for me.

How did the collaboration with Robin Thicke come about?

That is amazing [Laughs]! That's like the best part of the song. He ended up hearing the song, and he wanted to vibe out on it. He got into the studio and sang a little bit. Then I was like, "It's so good. I want you to sing an entire verse." So he ended up singing a whole verse, and it ended up amazing. He's so soulful. I've been a fan of his for a very long time so I'm very lucky.

If this record were a movie what would it be?

I feel like it would be a French film from the 1960s starring Brigitte Bardot. It's very sensual, and it captures a feeling of restlessness and my boredom with men. I think that could certainly be conveyed that way.

Do acting and singing come from the same creative place for you?

They're very, very different. It's so funny because I never paid attention to the business side of film or television at all. I've gotten lucky with my label. They allow me to be 100 percent creative with the music, but it's a completely different business from movies. The people operate on totally different hours, which is really funny. However, it's very enjoyable because you get to start and go later in music. I've been writing music since I was 16, and I really started recording and getting more serious about it four years ago. I luckily met a friend through acting that helped. I was doing a movie with my DJ, Shahine Ezell. He's a producer, and he had a studio in his apartment at the time. We wrote this really funny song one night. The next day we listened to it, and we were like, "This is actually really good." Singing is so different from writing. It's a lot like acting because of the performance aspect. I feel like they're two completely different things but they complement each other.

"Somebody to Love" feels like it's ready to be played live too.

Totally! It's going to be so exciting to hear remixes too. It's the music that I like to listen to. It's music for women, but I think it transcends. I like to listen to it in the car or when I'm getting ready. If you go out and you're in a club, I think it'd be really hot to hear this song because it's so moody and it still moves. On stage, it'll be fabulous.

Where else do you draw inspiration from?

I really love silent film. It has such an old-world feel and for some reason I envision a silent film when I hear this song and this is the music that's narrating it. Movies really do inspire me.

Is this record the most personal thing you've ever done?

Oh absolutely! It's completely different. People don't get to see that side of you so much, and I can never convey it properly in interviews. When you make music for the sake of making music, it's easy to have fun doing it. I think it'll translate really well to people because I really believe in it and I love it. I believe in it very much, and it's the kind of music that I like to listen to.

Perfecting Your Toe Touch

Drills, Tips, and More!

When it comes to perfecting your toe touch, or any jump for that matter, there are quite a few things to keep in mind. Those include: flexibility, height, correct arm placement, keeping your toes pointed, legs straight, and chest up, and landing with your feet together.

Each of those elements combine to create the perfect toe touch. However, just as with learning to master any new skill, it comes with time. It's imperative that jumps of any kind be worked on prior to your tryout, competition, or for whatever reason you're trying to make it better. There are countless drills and tips you can use to improve your jumps. All you have to do is push yourself to do them.

Drills to practice:
* Start by stretching out. Stretching is the key to gaining and maintaining flexibility. And to avoid pulling or straining your muscles, make sure you are completely warmed up before throwing your jump.

* It's vital to constantly train your leg and stomach muscles. They are the ones who give you the height you need off the ground and enable your legs to be pulled higher.

* Do crunches! Lay on your back on the floor, with your legs straight out in front of you and your arms in a touchdown motion. Sit up, then bring your legs up and roll back into a toe touch, or straddle position, and bring your arms between to a T. It's like you're doing a toe touch sitting on the floor. 10-15 reps is a good start. While they may hurt after a few, and they'll certainly look and feel awkward, they will help your jumps tremendously.

* Next, do three sets of leg lifts. You will be in a straddle position with your hands behind you for support. Slightly lean back and lift both legs about a foot off the floor. Keep your legs straight, without letting them touch the floor, and lift them 10 times. Release, then count to 10 for a breather and repeat. Do a total of three sets. Once again, these exercises are hard but will strengthen your legs and increase the height of your jumps.

* Squat jumps are great for gaining height and strength in the right areas to improve your toe touch. Crouch down, touching your fingertips to the floor. Then jump up, bringing your arms above your head, shrugging your shoulders up like you would doing a jump. As soon as your feet touch the floor, return to the starting position. It's good to start with 20 or so.

* After leg lifts and squat jumps, you're ready for side high kicks. Place your arms in a T or high V motion, then start off by kicking your right leg up five times. Take about a 5-second breather, then do the same with your left leg. Just as with squat jumps, increase your kicks gradually.

* Do a few tuck jumps with the approach. As soon as your feet hit the floor, go back up into a tuck with no prep. This will work your stomach and legs muscles together. Start by doing at least five.

Tips to remember:

* Keep your head up and your back straight.
* You must have a good prep. If you don't use correct technique - feet and legs together, bent knees, back straight - your jump will not look very good. Really concentrate on using the muscles in your legs when prepping. Remember, that's how you get off the ground to execute your jump in the first place!
* When you're in the toe touch position, in the air, do NOT reach for your legs. Your arms should be in a T motion, and you should bring your legs to your arms.
* Keep your legs straight. Bent legs make your toe touch look sloppy.
* Point your toes.
* Snap your legs down with as much force as you brought up.
* Land with a slight bend in your knees. You could easily cause damage by landing with too much force on straight legs.
* Something to keep in mind is that you have to consistently work on building up the strength in your arms, shoulders, abs, and legs.
* Work on all aspects of your toe touch - the prep, lifting, execution, with all the small details, and your landing.
* Practice! Work on your jumps each and every day. You must build endurance just like you would in a normal workout.

More ways to develop/improve your toe touch:

* Put your jumps to an 8-count and repeat. Start with three or four and gradually increase.

* Practice with assistance. Stand facing a teammate, then have him or her support you under your forearms. The teammate who is supporting you should push up on your arms as you jump. This is a good exercise for you, whether you're a cheerleader or dancer, to get the feel of a toe touch while learning to point your toes.

* Practice the straddle hold. Sit on the floor in a straddle position. Point your toes and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat as many times as you feel necessary.

* Do straddle lifts. There are a few variations to this exercise. Sit on the floor in a straddle position, then:
o Lift both legs up, keeping them straight. Your arms should be pointed down touching the floor directly in front of you. Slightly bounce them up and down, without letting them touch the ground. (Hint: Your legs do not need to be lifted very far off the ground.)
o Lift only your right leg, still keeping both legs straight. Repeat above steps, with the exception of one leg, then do the same for your left leg.
o Lift both legs up slightly, keeping them straight. Hold them in that position for 10 seconds, without bouncing. Then slowly bring them back down. Repeat two to five times.

* Hang from a bar, if available, and lift your legs in V-up movements. V-up sit-ups are relatively like normal sit-ups. Lay flat on the ground with your arms in an upward touchdown motion. Bring your upper body and your legs up (keeping them straight) at the same time, touch your touches, then slowly lay back down. Repeat 10 times. You can also use the crunch-style that is mentioned under the Drills section.

(i get pretty lazy sometimes, which is probably why i havent lost any weight. )

EITHER WAYS,

1 - Clasp
2 - High V
3 - Bend knees and push upwards
4/5 - Lift off floor and perform jump
6 - Land safely and quietly, feet together (To land quietly bend your knees as you land)
7 - Clasp
8 - High V

us:
1/2 - high V

the type of drama they present,
is more common like, my-dad-is-a-drunk-and-my-sister-married-a-drug-dealer
kind of drama, not i-had-sex-with-my-best-friend's-boyfriend kind of drama.
it's not so heavy.
altho megan's hypocriteness is KILLING me.
she's all sweet and sugar on the outside.
i think she means no harm to people,
but she just dont get that some things she think is right,
dont apply to the filthy rich society,
sometimes, her opinion on relationship disgusts me,
all about rules and controls.
oh, AND, damn her selfishness.
